I want to hear from you and understand the issues impacting you and your family. It’s time your voice was heard again.

I’ve put together a short survey. I’d really appreciate if you could please take 5 minutes out of your day to complete it for me, so I can better represent your concerns at the next Federal Election.

By completing the survey, you will automatically go into the draw for a $500 IGA gift card.

Terms and conditions for the draw are as follows:

  1. The survey promotion prize draw is conducted by Sam Farraway, the National Party of Australia Candidate for the Federal electorate of Calare (Candidate) and the National Party of Australia – NSW, Level 7, Suite 3, 50 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

  2. To enter, you must complete the survey, be 18 years of age or older, be enrolled to vote in the Calare electorate and not be a member of the National Party of Australia - NSW.

  3. Entrants will only be eligible for one entry in the prize draw. The number of times the entrant completes the survey does not constitute additional entries into the prize draw.

  4. Entrants into the prize draw shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

  5. The prize draw will be conducted from 5pm, Saturday 20 July 2024 to up to 21 days prior to the next Australian Federal Election.

  6. The closing date will be posted to Sam Farraway for Calare Facebook page at least seven (7) days prior to closing.

  7. The prize draw will be performed by a random computer process within seven (7) days of the closing date.

  8. The winner will be notified by the email provided when completing the survey, with instructions on how to redeem the IGA Gift Card.

  9. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that their personal details provided in order to enter the prize draw are accurate and correct. The Candidate takes no responsibility for any entries that are incorrect or indecipherable.

  10. If the winning entrant is not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize or verify their information to the satisfaction of the Candidate, or has been found to have breached these terms and conditions, or is unable to be contacted by the Candidate within three (3) months of the prize draw, the Candidate reserves the right to disqualify that entrant (and their eligibility to receive the prize). The Candidate will then be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winning entrant will have to respond to notification of their win within three (3) months or else they will also forfeit their prize), and the process of selecting a winner set out above will be repeated until a winning entrant is found who is able to accept the prize.

  11. The winner’s name will be posted to Sam Farraway for Calare Facebook page and on this website.

  12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

  13. The Candidate accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.

  14. By entering into this prize draw, each entrant acknowledges and consents to the Candidate and the National Party of Australia – NSW (and its related bodies corporate) accessing, collecting and using an entrant’s personal information.
